Storage full BUG on iOS 16

I keep getting the Storage Full error message, but I should have over a hundred Gigabytes of storage available on my iPhone Pro 12 with 256 GB of storage. For some reason the storage settings shows that the storage is full of system files.

Restarting solves the problem temporarily. In fact after restarting, entering the storage setting again, you can see the device deleting almost all the used system files.

But after a couple of hours the error message pops up again.
