Waterlogged iPhone11 acting strange iPhone 11 under water for about 15 seconds. Removed and checked SIM card which was dry. No LCIs appeared afterwards and phone restarted. But a lot of the apps aren't functioning and phone keeps restarting. Suggestions? Thanks

Follow If you see the Restore screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support However, it may not work due to the water damage.
