Car Crash Detection for Apple Watch 6

The iPhone 14 has the improved acceleromitors for crash detection.

The Apple Watch 6 does not.

If you have your iPhone with you, then the iPhone will detect the crash.

If you will not have your iPhone with you, and only the Apple Watch, then you would need an Apple Watch Series 8 or the 2nd generation Apple Watch SE.

It should work on your iPhone 14 Pro without needing the series 8 watch. In other words you don’t need both new models of iPhone and Apple Watch for this to work
