My iPhone 7 microphone is not working

my microphone for my iPhone 7 is not letting me make calls or receive calls and not letting me make audios and i cant make a video with sounds in my camera.

Does your mic work in other apps?

Have you tried checking the mic permissions?

If you have tried the above and the problem persists, then it might be a hardware issue where you mic is broken.
