Do you have VPN or other security software enabled? If so, can you temporarily disable it, so that you can test. Does this occur on Wi-Fi and/or cellular? Please try on both. Do you have Screen Time restrictions enabled? These answers will help us to isolate the cause.
Please use the steps as listed here to restart your device: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
- Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
- Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
- To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.
