What happened to Ctrl-Eject to bring up the shutdown menu?

Still works using my old keyboard, but not on the one that came with the new Mac I just bought. They could have assigned it to Ctrl-F19, but no. Is there a secret shortcut that does this?

How to shut down 16" MacBookPro (M1) from keyboard? All my Intel based Macintosh computers have had a keyboard shortcut for shutting down the computer, they do not seem to work on this M1 machine with a touch-ID power button. Is there any keyboard method for shutting down (without having to mouse up to the Apple menu and choose shutdown from the drop down menu)? MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2021), Apple M1 Pro chip, Monterey 12.5.
