Apple Card Transactions

I setup my new phone and added my Apple Card. Problem is none of my transactions are now in the wallet. So I am unable to view, dispute, aggregate any of my transactions. I spoke to numerous Apple people who said this is how it works when you switch phones. But this did not occur last time. Please help if anyone has a solution. Thanks vm.

  1. When you set up your device did you set it up as new or from a back up?
  2. Do you have a backup you can restore from?
  3. Did you sign out of your Apple ID and back in?
