factory reset ipad no password or account info.

I have an iPad 6 and can't factory reset it because the iPad is locked to owner. I forgot the apple id used and the password. How can I wipe it for free?

You’ll need to try and figure out the Apple ID and reset the password first. See all steps and options at How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support
