I’m trying to update my iPhone 11 with the most current version. It appears the phone will download it however I get an error message, failed, unable to update

You need about 6 GB device storage and good Service & Wi-Fi.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
Charge the battery > 70%.
