I am trying to update my iPhone 11 Pro Max to iOS 16. Every time I try, I get the same problem that «my phone has lost connection to Wifi» I’ve tried different internet connections and tried to update with iTunes, nothing works. Is it something i can try?

In case this does not help either, you should contact Apple Support
iTunes has been installed in the latest version?
Although I have read one post, that iTunes might have to be updated by Apple first, in case you are using a PC.

Which error message did you get, when you tried to download the iOS update onto your computer, using iTunes?
Did you also make sure, to disable any VPN, Firewall and Anti-Virus software during the update?
When I try to update on iTunes, I click update to the newest software (iOS 16), and then enter the passcode on my iPhone, but nothing happens. The update button then turns gray so I can't press it one more time, unless I disconnect my phone from the computer.
Did you try to download the update first and install it in a second step? iTunes should give you that option after recognizing, that there is an iOS update available.
Also make sure to have enough free space available on your computer and iPhone.
Updating via Wi-Fi requires at least 6GB or more free space on your iPhone.
Okay the update did now start, but i got an error message (11011) i think on iTunes, and now my phone is stuck in the update phase and the bar is not moving at all and has been stuck for at least 20 minutes.. What should i do now?
