MacBook Pro 2014 Storage vs iMac 2020 & 2021

My old macbook pro retina 2014 was limmitted due to lack of storage for video/photo editing - i am therefore looking at purchasing an imac either 2020 27”with the USB A ports or imac 2021 24”. Is the storage on these enough? And do I need 16GB on the 2020 version ?

Is there an argument for getting the new M1 even though I would need extra adaptors and maybe storage etc ?

Hi,

If you edit pictures and movies, bigger screen is better, so I recommend 27inch iMac.

I do be editing pictures on 27inch screen which is comfortable.
