Printing 25% of paper size

Same printer, new imac. This imac prints 25% of letter size.

I have rebooted. I have looked at print preview and it shows the entire page filled with the page I'm trying to print. I have set the printer options to fit to paper, custom 100% scale.

Nothing works except to print to pdf, then open the pdf and print that.

What is wrong, and how can I fix this so this mac can print without all these shenanigans?

iMac, macOS 10.12

Maybe you have o update your printer driver for your new computer.

Just did. Did not work.

Printing from Google Chrome browser, from Evernote, Google docs. All are small in upper left corner instead of using the entire page.
