Cannot set up Family Sharing and Child Account

Hello everyone!

I am trying to set up Family Sharing on my iPhone and creating an account for my child. In the process, it asks me to confirm the SMS Code sent to my phone used in PayPal as purchasing method.

I receive the SMS, I give it in, but it does keep showing "There was an Error, try again later", "Payment card processing is temprary not available", "SMS Code has been entered many times incorrectly".

I am unable to create the account for my child!

Where is the problem then??

There have been multiple posts with the same problem. Someone posted that when they set up the ID using a computer, they were successful. There was another post by someone who had contacted Apple Support and were told it is an IOS software bug. You can try contacting Apple ID Support.
