can't get the airplay icon in itunes on my PC in order to use my Sony bluetooth speaker

Is your Sony Bluetooth speaker AirPlay compatible? AirPlay is a service over Wi-Fi. You should be able to use Windows Bluetooth features to connect to the device and redirect audio to it. Try https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/audio-video-speakers.
