How do I charge my own credit card for app purchases if I am not the administrator for the family share plan?

I’m on my daughters family share plan for music. I want to make purchases but can’t because my card is no longer the primary card. How do I fix this?

You can't, except by using it to purchase gift cards and redeeming them into your own account.
