App selection on iPad with Magic Keyboard

Hello,

I was using my Magic Keyboard when I accidentally clicked a serious of buttons, and now it is highlighting apps and when I hit enter it opens them. This was never on before, and I do not know how to turn it off. Review the below image to know what I mean. Thank you.
