Photos.app closing unexpectedly

Photos.app closes every time unexpectedly opening a dialog window that the data file can not be reached, missing or corrupted. But the data in in the Library in Pictures folder and is available. What to do solving this problem?

Launch Photos with the Option+Command keys held down to begin a repair of the library.
