Can you edit or pin most used settings to the top of the list or homepage?

Hi all,

I have some settings that I frequently use, however I have to scroll down the list of settings to get to them each time.

Other than searching for the setting (which takes just as much time as opening settings and scrolling), is there a way to pin the settings to the top of the Settings list as you open it or have the setting as a homepage tab/link?
