mystery user on my new macbook

The login screen on my newly arrived 2021 macbook has three users: me, guest, and someone/something named "caspermanage" - who is that??? Is it normal for an unused macbook to arrive with another user with his/its own identity, password and so on? It even came with its own personal graphic - the head of a bald eagle. I did do an automatic migration of data before the macbook gave me the chance to login, but I only transferred my own data and apps. As the administrator of my new macbook I know I can delete this "caspermanage" account, but I'd rather figure out what's going on first.
