Heic convert

How do i convert heic to any image format (png, jpg) etc without reducing quality in bulk?

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 15

HEIC I happen to like the HEIC format for my images, and I am wondering why when I export an HEIC image from Photos it's converted to JPEG. I want to keep it HEIC.

Select all the images in photos. Then file>export. Jpg as kind. Full size mac quality then click export.
