I have an iPhone 8 which had been great with battery usage. I downloaded ios16 yesterday. Since then, my battery has been quickly draining, ie., down 12% when I searched the web for three minutes. This shouldn’t be happening, but since it is, why is it happening and what can I do about it without compromising the functionality I’ve been used to?

I also have an iPhone 8 and since I downloaded iOS 16 my battery is draining very quickly! Just downloaded it last night. Two days ago I downloaded iOS 15.7 first and then iOS 16 last night. My battery is definitely depleting MUCH faster than before I updated the software. Please help 🙁
