Apple has info on how to do it for a Mac, but I don't see options for an iPad. I am printing to a thermal receipt printer, but the "Default Settings" preset for my receipt printer has a "Paper Size" default of "Letter." I need to change either that "Paper Size" default in the "Default Settings," or create a new "Presets" that I can quickly switch to when printing receipts.
