How do I get my money back for the subscription if they have a money back guarantee for the app Simple?

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
The iTunes Store generally isn't obligated to grant a refund. If the developer has a guarantee which applies to the App Store, contact them directly.
