Clicked an unsubscribed link in email on iPhone. Can I be hacked?

Hi,

In a moment of sheer stupidity I clicked on an unsubscribe link on an email on my gmail on my iPhone.

then I clicked unsubscribe link on Safari. I know iPhones are super safe and I cleared my safari history but could I have downloaded any malware. My phone seems normal, no suspicious apps. Is there anything more I can do to make sure all is ok?

I know now that it will lead to more spam I don’t way I clicked the links?

thanks for your help in advance

If it ain't broke don't fix it.

I would not have the slightest hesitation simply moving on and not worrying about this.

I do not see how you would drill down on this further...
