How to use Google forms on iPhone and iPad ?

Are talking about the Google Forms to create online surveys and quizzes ? If so, you can still use the Forms on an iOS device but it's still requires using a web browser. The details can be found here: https://support.google.com/docs/answer/6281888?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DiOS

"Step 1: Set up a new form or quiz

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open a mobile web browser, like Safari.
2. Go to forms.google.com.
3. A new form will automatically open.

Step 2: Edit and format a form or quiz

Important: Date and time picker is not currently supported for iPhone and iPad.

You can add, edit, or format text, images, or videos in a form.

• Edit your form
• Create a quiz with Google Forms
• Choose where to save form responses

Step 3: Send your form for people to fill out

When you are ready, you can send your form to others and collect their responses."
