Siri voice change

how do I change Siri voice on google maps???

I’ve changed it in the settings, restarted the phone and reinstalled the app. Nothing is working!!

Changing Siri voice on my iPhone post iOS 18.2 update. I am wondering if anyone else is having a problem with their 18.2 update completely changing Siri’s voice, tone and speech? It refuses to change back. I am super upset by the change and the only information I can find is that they are trying to make her voice more “gender neutral”. I am autistic & have CPTSD. The new voice sounds rude and has made me cry 3 times today. I delivery drive for a living and spend 6-8 hours a day with my maps on. I cannot handle the new voice and maps wont even let me turn off the voice. How is taking away options for voice style inclusive? If this isn’t fixed I may have to download (gasp) google because I can’t and won’t put up with it. [Re-Titled By Moderator]

Cannot get Siri to respond while using Google Maps My old phone was an iPhone 7, and it would allow me to ask/receive input from Siri while driving. My new phone, iPhone 11, won’t respond when I say “Hey Siri”, if I’m driving while using Google Maps.

Google Maps is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support or Google Maps Help - Google Support

Open the Google Maps app
Tap your profile picture
Settings.
Tap Navigation settings
Voice Search.
Choose a voice and language.
