increase internal storage

It cannot be done; you need to buy one with a 2 TB SSD. Or you can plug in an external and use that for additional storage. Remember to backup both to another external, just in case.

As far as I know, you can't upgrade internal storage since it's soldered on logic board and no storage connector even if your MacBook Pro has Intel processor.
