Suica
I set my credit card to Apple Pay but cannot add money to Suica in Japan. Error message is 2330.

Glad to help. Non-JP issue VISA stopped working in early August. Not really clear what's going on but other online transaction JP sites such as Universal Studio Japan are also not currently accepting non-JP VISA "until further notice". Seems VISA is putting some new online fraud/security measures in place. Unfortunately it's clear as mud as what works, what doesn't as Google Pay Suica is similarly affected.
