Using Schoolwork with homeschooling

Hi, is there any way to get set up with access to the schoolwork app as a homeschooler? I don’t need any discounts or any other perks. I would just like to use the schoolwork app with my already purchased iPads we use for our homeschool.

If this is not possible, could someone explain why?

Apple Classroom Is Apple going to update the Apple Classroom software so, as in other programs like Class Dojo, when you create a class you can add a second teacher to that class to see student devices?

I believe that it requires Apple School Manager which is an enterprise-level system.
