Back up deleted messages on messenger
Is there a way to retrieve deleted messages from messenger

No, once deleted messages are erased.
If you have a device backup that contains the message, and you do not use messages in iCloud, you can factory reset your device and restore it using your backup. You'll lose anything new since the last backup but you might get back messages.
