How to remove VPN profile from iPhone

Any idea how to delete a VPN That seems to be controlling my phone?

Setting > General > VPN and Device Management

If it won't turn off, delete the VPN app.

It will always be in your Purchase History. That allows you to download it again without paying or validating.

I tried deleting the app. It only Removes it from the home screen. When I'm in the App Store it is still in my purchased.
