Apple TV 4K does'nt turn on

I have a 1st generation Apple TV 4K. It does not turn on. I have already tried everything. I have disassembled the device because it has no warranty and I have checked the power supply, but it does have a 12v output. I don't know what the fault will be, the front LED doesn't light up.

Ensuring your Apple TV turns on as expected is important and Apple does have great troubleshooting steps specific to resolving this issue. For reference, those steps are listed below and can be found in the following article.

"Unplug both ends of the HDMI cable, then firmly plug them back in. Or try using a different HDMI cable to see if the cable causes the issue. Then in the television menu, make sure that you select the HDMI input that matches the HDMI port connected to the Apple TV.
Unplug your television and your Apple TV from power, then plug both back in.
Try to restore your Apple TV."
