If I want to buy a third party multi-ports charger, what is the proper W required for M1 Macbook Air? 30W? Would a 35W, 65W or 100W usb-c wall charger work for M1 Macbook Air?

The M1 MacBook Air ships with a 30 watt power adapter. See: Buy MacBook Air with M1 Chip - Apple

You can use 30 watts or any higher wattage.
