I want activation lock off of my Apple Watch , I can’t remember what the password fro the iCloud cause i set it up 2 years ago on Christmas , i need help!

If you can't remember/gain access to the apple id that paired the watch to the phone.Take the watch and it's receipt with the serial number along with some photo id and any other proof of ownership to an Apple Store and request that they remove the Activation Lock for you.
You'll need to unlock using the Apple ID and password you used to set up your device. You can try to reset your password at iforgot.apple.com
