Apple Watch Mirroring

I am unable to mirror apps on my iphone onto my Apple Watch Series 7. When accessing Settings, then Accessibility, then Physical and Motor, there is no listing for Apple Watch. I tried several suggestions to no avail.

Try to restart the apple watch and the paired iPhone to see if the problem persists

Thanks for your suggestion. I powered off both the iPhone 13, and the Apple Watch Series 7, then powered on the iPhone, and then the watch. Did not fix the problem.
