get rid of horizontal split screen on Macbook Pro

Somehow I used a combination of keys and now my Macbook Pro displays a horizontal split screen which is very annoying. Don't know how to get back to just regular display.

Trying to do a split screen on my Mac with Ventura 13.1. When I hover over the full screen button the Tile to the Left and Right are greyed out. Made sure that the Displays have spaces is turned on.
