If it is a 5s model, you can update it to ios 12.5.6 version, using these instructions:--> Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch – Apple Support.

If, as stated in your products list, it is a 5 model, you can't update it past iOS 10.3.x. See why in this compatibility chart:
