I dropped my AirPods Pro case on the ground and now they won't connect.

I dropped my airpod pro case on the ground and both pods flew out, I put the pods back in and the next day I tried connecting them to my phone but they did not work. The airpods and case are fully charged but still don’t want to connect. I tried restarting them that also didn’t work.

any ideas how to fix this?

Reset them to factory settings and set them up as new again.

You can reset them like this:
