I got the 13 two weeks ago, upgraded from the 8. It’s been displaying “update payment info” since I activated it. Nothing in the forums worked…

I did. They said it was a bank issue. Bank says no, because the card works everywhere EXCEPT the Apple Pay subscription renewal.
“Update payment” won’t go away…
