I somehow find my lost iphone after 2 months. its iphone 13 max after 2 months. Can i return it to apple and get a refund back on the insurance money or can i get it activated again?

Last time I tried to contact Apple, I left a message for a call back and it came a few hours later.
Online Chat is not active at all times, but that might be another idea.
