What is invited in shared notes?

if someone is invited to my notes and haven’t seen it or opened it yet, are they under invited? What does “invited” under “people” even mean? Does that mean they haven’t accepted it? Can those who are invited view my note if they’re only under “invited”?

Hi Happ_E,

Invited collaborators are individuals you've sent invitations to for a shared note. They may be able to view or edit the note, depending on the settings chosen when the invite was sent. An invitation would stand until revoked. Learn more about managing collaborators for notes at Share notes and collaborate on iPhone.

Regards.
