How do I use my ipad to COPY my Macbook Pro screen?

Hi everyone

Can I set my Ipad Pro to DUPLICATE the screen on my MacBook Pro? I'm not sure this is quite the same thing as screen sharing or screen mirroring.

I need to give an in-person Powerpoint presentation to a customer who is self-isolating; he doesn't want to sit near me and my germs, so the two of us huddling up around my laptop to look at my screen is out of the question.

I'd like to give the customer my iPad Pro and then use it as dumb terminal for him to look at the Powerpoint, from a distance of say 2-3 metres.

He doesn't control the Powerpoint; he just looks at a carbon copy of the Powerpoint that is running on my Macbook screen.
