  • Music playlists in iCloud (Apple Music, iTunes Match) will be available on Apple TV (4th generation or later) through the Music app, when having the same Apple ID account active. Switch active user if needed.
  • Music playlists on networked computers can be available on Apple TV (2nd generation or later) through the Computers app using Home Sharing.
  • Local playlist (no iCloud) can be streamed to Apple TV (2nd generation or later) using AirPlay.

Home Sharing has a computer as source. iPhone or iPad cannot be the source for Home Sharing.
