Why am I being prompted for the 200 GB of iCloud storage and not the 50 GB for 0.99 like I used to have?

What does the message say exactly?
How much storage are you using?
If you already have the 50GB option, the next tier is 200GB. You are low on space on the 50GB option then the next option to offer would be 200GB.
You can't subscribe to the 50GB more than once.
