YouTube App Buffering

Lately I have noticed that YouTube app on my iPhone and iPad is running slow. Same videos with same resolution runs butter on Safari when I tried opening on iPad. I noticed buffering while playing 4k 60 fps video. My bandwidth is 100 mbps and 4k videos run smoothly on all other devices and even on Safari , so definitely issues is with YouTube App on iOS.
