Calls aren’t being received or going through.

So for the past two days my boyfriend hasn’t been able to make any calls whatsoever or he isn’t receiving them. No matter what he does, he’s tried everything and the calls still aren’t going through no matter what type of call it is, and we just don’t know how to do it anymore.

He has restarted it, toggled airplane mode, took out his sim card. Everything, but it still won’t work.
