Trying to connect my Plantronics Backbeat Fit to my new iPhone SE 2022

I have a plantronics Backbeat Fit and I am trying to connect to my new IPhone SE 2022. I have just upgraded from a 1st gen SE and had no problem connecting. Can anyone help?

Hmm, I don't know what steps you've already taken, but try to restart both devices:

If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
