Facing the issue of dust particles inside my M1 MacBook Air screen

I purchased my M1 MBA in June 2021, I got this issue with in two months in my brand new mac then I went to the service center they replaced my mac's screen but now also I'm facing the same issue with the new screen yesterday I saw three grey dots again and now my warranty period is also over what I do now .

This is manufacturing defect actually that's why all the M1 Mac users facing this issue either apple should recall its M1 mac's or resolve this issue for free.

If your Mac is not covered by any warranty, repairs after warranty expiration are the users cost to pay. You were given the opportunity to purchase the extended warranty, AppleCare+, but close not to do so.
