Different Apple accounts on same phone
With my former Apple-ID I once bought some music in iTunes.
Can I transfer that music onto my current Apple-ID?

Unfortunately there is no means to merge or transfer between accounts.
However, you CAN setup Family Sharing of the two AppleIDs and share the subscriptions between the two devices.
