keyboard layouts are missing

Hi,

I have a Macbook Pro with Catalina MacOS. Recently i run a system update and since then, I can switch my input source language. On Keyboard Preference and no matter what I did, only the default language is preserved. The rest disappear once I close the preference. On the language selector drop down I see other languages but can't select them. Anyone has an idea how to solve this?
